At K Squared we are committed to protecting your online privacy and the security of the information that you might provide to us.  Please read this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) carefully.  If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy please do not use the Website or any portion of it, as your use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Policy.  This Privacy Policy explains our practices related to:

1. What information we collect
It is not necessary to provide any personal information to view the Website.
However for all Website visitors we may log IP addresses (or the location of your computer network on the Internet) for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. We also may use IP addresses to track which pages people visit in order to improve the quality of the Website. However, we do not use this data to develop profiles of individual Website visitors.

The Website may use cookies to enhance functionality of the site and to aggregate and analyze traffic data such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc. You do not have to accept cookies as all major browsers allow you to block cookies from your computer, and you can always delete them later.  The Website may also use “Web beacons” to track your behavior on the site. 2. How we may use and share the information you provide to K Squared
We will use the information you provide about yourself as explained in this Privacy Policy.
We may offer you the ability to sign up to receive communications and various items of interest from us.  To sign up to receive communications from us you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information about yourself such as your name, e-mail address, and postal address with your state and zip code.  By joining any website list, you agree that we can send you (via e-mail or postal mail, if provided) items and information whenever we wish. Additionally, we may send you e-mails, postal mailings and other items or information on behalf of third parties which we think are worthwhile (without sharing your personal information with these third parties).

In addition, K Squared or our third party vendors may also use your personal information for purposes other than sending you the materials described above. 3. How to unsubscribe
We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us easily and promptly. You can remove yourself from any list that you have signed up for at the Website at any time by sending an e-mail with “remove” in the subject line to [provide email address].  Additionally, every e-mail we send will include a link that allows you to unsubscribe from that particular list and any other lists you may have joined at the Website.

4. Information posted to public areas of the Website
Please keep in mind that whenever you decide to ask a question in the public forums on the Website, or post any content on the public areas of the Website, you are voluntarily and publicly disclosing any personal information contained in your question, post or content. Any such information can be collected and used by other visitors to the Website and you may receive unsolicited communications as a result. However, despite our reasonable efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot and do not guarantee that the content you post on the Website or the information you provide to us will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Also, remember that steps you take to help protect the privacy of your personal information (such as logging off the Website after viewing or submitting personal information) are equally important. If you have broadband access to the Internet, it is strongly advised that you use a firewall when accessing the Internet.

6. Linking to other sites
The Website may link to other websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by us at the Website.  K Squared is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies or practices of any other website available through links on the Website. Before providing personal information to any linked website, please check that website’s privacy policy and practices, which are completely separate from and unrelated to this Privacy Policy and the privacy practices of K Squared.

7. Correcting your information
If you need to correct any personal information you have provided to us please send us an e-mail to info@wwyikm.com.  If you need to change your e-mail address, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list and sign up again using your new information.

9. Changes to our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise this Privacy Policy.  Please periodically check this Privacy Policy for updates and revisions, because your continued use of this site following the posting of any updates or revisions to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. When we change our Privacy Policy, we may change the “Date Last Modified” at the top of this Privacy Policy. Updates or revisions of this Policy will not be applied retroactively.

10. Information provided by international users
We make no representation or warranties that this Privacy Policy is in compliance with the privacy or data protection laws or regulations of any country from which you access or use the Website.
